In winter we rest -
allowing ourselves to settle, after the shedding of autumn. Here we baste in the fallow - cloaked in dormancy, in the space of no.thing. The essential pause - pregnant with possibility, the promise of spring. As waterfalls flow and grow into rivers and then seas, you too are fluid and ever-changing. We are designed to flow in a constant dance of release and renewal. But sometimes we hold on to the way we think things should be, which holds us back from what could be. To flow is to embody your true nature of surrendering and becoming. Over and over again. Riding the current of mystery in your life that carries you, may you be energised by its ease, and allow the flow to carry you to new shores where you inhabit the ocean of your being. With every leaf, flower and sunset a unique one-off divine design, it’s in our nature to cherish life.
As young children we’re fascinated by running water, leaves moving in the breeze and snails. Completely entranced and tickled by the life of nature. As we savour drinking water when we’re parched, this heightened experience of life is always available to us through the simple act of appreciation. By simply noticing how life visits you from moment to moment, By simply witnessing life unfold, as if you’re seeing it for the first time, you illuminate your experience of your one precious life. By simply cherishing life and being tickled by the magic of its moments, never to be repeated, you light up your life. Appreciation is a language of the heart through which we can taste the juice of life. May you be thirsty for divine nature of life and drink it in The common Caterpillar starts out as a worm slinking along, munching leaves, hungry for life.
Little does she know that there is so much more in store for her – that a life beyond her current reality awaits in the wings. She follows the innate cue to go onwards and inwards, enfolding herself in the alchemy of her chrysalis – so she may release all that has kept her contained. She surrenders to this organic process, creating a safe place where so longer has to keep it together – where she can simply allow all that needs to crumble and fall away to dissolve - where she can distill down to the essence of her being. Within the safety of her cocoon there is no need to pretend or camouflage to survive and it is here – in the midst of the murky goo – that she can melt completely into herSelf and remember her true nature. ✨ It is here, from this place of complete surrender to the life force running through her veins, that her new form takes shape – a new vehicle through life which will lift her up. It is here in this sacred space that she finds her wings.🦋 We are elemental by nature

you were entrusted with a seed unique to you A seed of your own to carry into this world A seed to withhold and nurture so it may unfurl into all it was intended to be Without this seed there would be no you As with all living things new to this world the seed has a fragility that must be respected but is often not understood In protection the seed may retract in on itself when scorned or mistreated remaining hidden and unripened so that its essence may remain pure So that even while it's secluded in the darkness it still exists waiting for the sun When confined to the attics of our minds

she scurries between fleeting thoughts and concerns encumbered by their insistent flurry For now they reign her presence distracting her from her truest sense If only she could see their impermanence thoughts, like clouds, drift an endlessly moving insurgence There is a yearning she barely hears its call the white noise of her life smothering it all It waits steady in the calm an unwavering knowing longing to be in her palm |
